Hardware / Network Support
For local businesses, we can usually be on site the same day to help with any technical issues you may have with your office hardware (PCs, Macs, Printers, Routers, Servers etc). We will also provide monthly visits to check all your devices and advise if you would benefit from any changes in configuration (e.g. cost-effective upgrading of internal components to make the devices run faster). All labour/time is included within your monthly agreement.
Software Support and Maintenance
If you want to make sure your machines are safe from viruses and malware (malicious software), you must ensure that appropriate anti-virus software is updated regularly, alongside core updates and ‘patches’ to your computers’ operating system and other applications. We can give you peace of mind by managing this process for you and creating regular secure backups in case of problems.
We can also be on-call via phone, email and remote connection (where we can login to your machines remotely) to provide support during normal office hours. You will get an instant response in most cases and will have the help you need from simple questions to more complex issues.
